When using the contact form and Small Pet Hotel enquiry form, Users will be asked for their name and e-mail address so we can respond to an enquiry and address the User personally. When making a booking with the Dog Walking Field, Users will need to supply their name, email address, phone number and address (in case of emergencies). Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities, for example contacting us via the contact form or making a booking.

Non-personal identification information is anonymous information that cannot identify you personally. We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site.
